Getting started

Sign up for RepCanvas - invite-only hypertrophy app access

How to join the RepCanvas waitlist, receive an invite, and sign up for the hypertrophy training app. Free during early access.

RepCanvas is invite-only during early access. There is no public sign-up form. The intent is to keep the user base small enough that feedback shapes the product before it scales. Access is free for everyone invited during this period.

Joining the waitlist

The waitlist is a single email field at repcanvas.com. One email, no newsletter, no follow-up sequence. Add yourself and wait. Approval is manual and runs in batches, so expect the response measured in days rather than minutes.

If you want to give yourself a better shot at an early invite, mention how you train - methodology, weekly volume, what you have been using to log so far. The notes help when sequencing the queue toward lifters the early build is genuinely a fit for.

What happens after approval

When your invite lands, the email comes from hello@repcanvas.com and contains your sign-up link. The link opens the sign-up screen directly. Sign up with the same address you used for the waitlist and the account is created on the spot.

The first session is established by clicking the email confirmation link, which lands you back inside the app, signed in. From there it behaves like any other login surface - email and password each time, with a forgot-password reset link on the sign-in screen.

Logging in to the hypertrophy app

The default identity method is email and password. A standard background challenge filters automated abuse on the sign-up and sign-in routes, so you may see a brief check load on submission. There is no manual puzzle to solve.

If you lose access to your password, the reset link on the sign-in screen sends a fresh email from the same hello@repcanvas.com address. The reset link establishes a new session in the browser you click it from.

Where the docs live

This documentation lives at repcanvas.com/docs. Once you are invited, the application opens via the link in your invite email. Bookmark that link when it arrives and consider adding the app to your home screen - RepCanvas is installable as a progressive web app, which is the recommended way to run it on a phone during a session.

Once you are signed in, the fastest way to learn the app is to use it. The your first workout walkthrough covers the five-minute path from a blank account to a logged set. The profile and settings page covers weight units, progression preferences, and other defaults worth setting before you train.

If you want to understand the data model before you adopt a template, read how programs are structured - the same microcycle and mesocycle concepts apply across every template and every custom program you build.

Cost question worth answering directly: there is no payment surface during early access and no scheduled date for one. When pricing arrives, accounts created during early access will be given clear notice and the option to opt in. Until then, the app is free to use.
